We offer various options of image file types for different user needs. If you're using an image for a presentation, mock ups or for internal communication purposes, make sure you look at using .JPG or .PNG files. These can be opened on most computers.
You won't be able to open .EPS files without the appropriate design software.
TELUS team members have access to TELUS branded Google slides that are available as preloaded templates within Gsuite.
When you’re in Google Drive, select New > Google Slides > From a template > select the Google Slides template
With the increase in use of presentations on widescreen through laptops and presenting screens within meeting rooms, we’ve started to transition our templates to the updated widescreen format versus the more traditional standard size templates.
Make sure that you clear all your search filters in “Advanced Search” (e.g. you may have a filter on for "nature" but the image you're searching for is a critter) before starting a new search to get the best results. If you still can't find your image, please fill out the troubleshooting form and we will look into your issue further.
