Q: I am a TELUS team member and I cannot remember my password?
A: All TELUS team members do not need a password to login, as long as they are logged into a computer on the TELUS network. All you need to do is go to go/brand. If you are still having trouble with your account, please submit the details of your issues and we can look into it further.
Q: I have approved access for a vendor / partner / design agency to have an account. When will they get access?
A: Once you’ve approved a third party’s access to BrandHub, it can take up to 2 business days before they receive access. If there is an urgent request, please contact brand@telus.com
Q: I am a TELUS team member and when I try to log into BrandHub, I am logged out of Habitat and informed to log in again. How do I gain access?
A: This sometimes happens to team members who have changed their name and/or email address since their BrandHub account was first created.
